MISSION
To advocate balanced solutions for environmental issues for the Bay Area at all levels of government in a credible, effective, and strategic manner.


PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES
  • Protect and improve the natural environment of the San Francisco Bay Area in an equitable and cost effective manner.
  • Ensure that environmental agencies use sound science and proven and commercially available technologies in the development and implementation of environmental rules and policies.
  • Encourage environmental agencies to be effective and efficient.
  • Promote permit streamlining.
  • Ensure that environmental agency rules and policies do not create an unreasonable cost or administrative burden on the regulated community.
  • Support the fair treatment of people of all races, cultures, and income levels with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations and policies.
